Nissan Qashqai, a medium-sized SUV, is one of Nissan's best-selling vehicles. Recently, Nissan announced that it will supply the Nissan Qashqai 2019 with its latest turbo engine with dual automatic DCT and more advanced technical specifications.

The new 1.3-liter turbo-turbocharged engine developed in cooperation with the Mercedes-Benz Daimler-Benz, can also be found in the Mercedes A-Class, and will be used by Nissan in the Qashqai model instead of the previous 1.2 and 1.6 liter engines, It can be chosen with 138 hp or 158 hp.

Both versions of the 1.3-liter engine will be connected with a 6-speed manual transmission with the front-wheel drive as standard, and a new 7-speed dual-speed DCT automatic transmission will be available as an optional specification for the 158-horsepower version.

In terms of emissions, a 1.3 liter engine produces about 121 g per km of carbon dioxide when using the lime keg. When selecting a twin-clutch automatic, the emission rate rises slightly to 122 g / km, while fuel consumption is 5.3 L / 100 km for both models.

Nissan says the new engine will provide faster response and better performance than previous engines, quighter, do not make annoying sounds and can travel longer distances before it needs regular maintenance.

In addition to the new engine, the updated version of Nissan Qashqai will provide a number of advanced features, such as the new entertainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple Car Play, which is updated as soon as smart phone systems, and will keep this system touch screen measuring 7 inches From the previous version but with fewer buttons.
